Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Divine Realm Books. If you encounter any issues, we are here to assist you.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Books must be in original, unused condition, free from wear, damage, writing, markings, bent pages, or any other signs of use.
Non-book items, including gifts, stationery, and merchandise, must be unused and, when applicable, returned in their original packaging.
A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened, used, damaged, or marked books
- Special orders
- Personalized or custom items
- Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
- Gift cards
Returns without proof of purchase may be denied or may qualify only for store credit at the current selling price.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after your return is approved. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for eligible items within the 30-day return window.
If your preferred item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit as appropriate. If the issue is due to our error, we will resolve it at no additional cost to you.
How to Return an Item
You may return items in-store with your receipt or contact us to initiate a return by mail.
For mail returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of mailed returns.

Purchases from Partner Sites
Purchases made through Bookshop.org or Libro.fm are handled through those services and are subject to their own return policies. Please refer to their websites for details.
